Arrival Policy:
Please arrive for your massage appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
If you are a new client, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time to fill out any required paperwork.
If late arrival is inevitable, your service will be shortened in order to keep on schedule. No full or partial refunds will be given.
Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the office scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your service cost.
We understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at importune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting within 24 hours of your appointment time, please cancel your appointment.
Inappropriate Behavior Policy:
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited, we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary.
